| My wife and I 'hiked the Y' above the BYU campus. The trail is divided into 11 or 12 switchbacks. I would run up each section and run back to my wife to join in her power hike until we got to the next junction, then repeated this until we got to the top. It was a fun way to get hill repeats and a hike with my wife. We both ran back down to the car. As we were coming down I was amazed to see hikers going up the mountain with no water. Three additional miles later in the evening. |
